MeinEinkauf Privacy

MeinEinkauf "the App” provides an automated service to connect your online shop to the Meineinkauf Services and allows you to sell you products to customers located in Switzerland, while MeinEinkauf handles everything around customs + shipping in Switzerland.

This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• read_products => we need this to get certain detail information from products that are included in an order
• read_orders => we need this to get the relevant order information from orders to know if they for example are destined for Switzerland and what products the order contains
• write_orders => we need this to edit some parts of the order, like for example the relation to a MeinEinkauf process or adding status tags according to information we get from MeinEinkauf
  
• read_customers => we need this to know details of a customer for the customs process of MeinEinkauf
• write_customers => we need to add some details to a customer entry to comply with some processes MeinEinkauf requires
• read_fulfillments, write_fulfillments, read_third_party_fulfillment_orders & write_third_party_fulfillment_orders => We need to know and be able to modify fulfillments (own and third party) in order to follow some of the MeinEinkauf processes

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you once you have installed the App:

• Contact information (address, email, etc.)

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
